Business Operations Intern
Embed Financial Group Holdings (EFGH) is a growing insurance technology start-up based in Singapore. We support people who are underinsured or have limited access to financial services by offering protection, easier access to credit, and technology-driven solutions. The Role
Work with leadership to keep cross-functional initiatives moving and measurable.
Support day-to-day ops, research, and light project coordination across teams.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and status updates across functions.
- Prepare briefs, dashboards, and weekly reports for key initiatives.
- Conduct research on partners, markets, and best practices.
- Assist with process documentation and simple automation where possible.
- Jump in to remove bottlenecks and keep tasks unblocked.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
- Strong organisation, communication, and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and basic spreadsheet modelling.
Nice to have
- Experience with Notion, Zapier, or lightweight scripting.
- Comfort with analytics tools and simple data visualisation.
- Prior startup or cross-functional project experience.
