At EFGH, Dennis drives the company's long-term vision, strategy, and partnerships — guiding its mission to build the Finternet and enable inclusive finance worldwide.

Hock Lai brings more than 20 years of experience in finance, technology, and digital transformation. A pioneer in Singapore's fintech ecosystem, he co-founded the Singapore FinTech Association and Blockchain Association of Singapore, and chairs the Responsible Fintech Institute and Digital Assets Association.

At EFGH, he spearheads the development of the digital asset ecosystem and shapes strategic initiatives bridging traditional finance and emerging digital economies.

Tinashe Muyambo is a seasoned financial solutions developer with over 20 years of experience across actuarial consulting and executive leadership in Africa and beyond. His career spans Australia, Nigeria, Kenya, and Zimbabwe, where he has built deep expertise in insurance, risk management, and designing enterprise-level financial solutions for diverse markets.

He has held executive roles at Prudential Africa and Leadway Assurance, where he led growth, profitability and actuarial strategy across the life business. Before that, he spent 15 years at Towers Watson, ultimately heading the Africa Consulting Desk and delivering strategic advisory solutions for multinational clients across the continent.

Dallas has built and scaled multiple early-stage startups, combining a foundation in software development with cross-functional experience in product, marketing, sales, and operations. Known for his executional depth, he thrives in fast-moving environments where structure meets growth.

At EFGH, he leads execution, technology, and market expansion, driving the company's product innovation, growth strategy, and day-to-day operations.

Eric brings over two decades of experience in financial services, infrastructure, and impact investing. He has held senior leadership roles at Prudential Plc, AGF Funds, Standard Bank DRC, and Credit Suisse, where he built a strong track record in regional growth and institutional partnerships.

Across Africa, Eric leads EFGH's operations and expansion efforts, driving regional strategy, partnerships, and execution to advance financial inclusion and connectivity.

Evern is the strategist who turns vision into motion. As Chief of Staff at EFGH, she connects ideas with execution, aligning teams across Asia and Africa to deliver results that matter. With a background spanning business development, corporate planning and executive advisory, she brings structure to ambition and clarity to complexity.

She believes leadership is about alignment, not authority — and that true progress happens when every team moves with shared purpose.

Eugene is a storyteller with a strategist's mind and a firm belief that words can move markets. Over two decades in media and communications, he has shaped some of Singapore's most trusted newsrooms and helped senior leaders find their voice in an age where credibility is currency.

At EFGH, Eugene builds the bridge between vision and visibility, translating strategy into stories that travel across continents. He oversees global communications, branding, and investor relations, ensuring the company speaks with clarity, confidence, and heart.

Dixon has more than 20 years of experience across various disciplines in the banking and insurance sectors. He has held leadership positions in Citibank and Great Eastern Life where he drove business growth, broadened market reach through strategic innovation, and established operational excellence to deliver bespoke service delivery to distribution partners serving high value clientele.

David brings over two decades of finance and on-the-ground business experience. He held senior roles at Deutsche Securities and Legg Mason Equities, and led Maybank Kim Eng’s expansion into the Greater China market, following a stint leading APAC operations for Guidepoint Global.

At EFGH, David steers the financial strategy and governance. His deep investment banking and regional expertise are vital for guiding EFGH’s accelerated expansion, ensuring financial rigor as the company scales its Finternet infrastructure across Asia and Africa.

Sonny is a technology and business leader with 18+ years of experience driving digital and AI-enabled transformation in financial services across Asia. Formerly CITO at Prudential Vietnam, he led a US$35 million program to modernize the company’s digital core, and held leadership roles at Aviva Singlife and Aviva Asia.

At EFGH, Sonny leads Vietnam operations, focused on product-market fit and strategic partnerships with local institutions and regulators to build compliant, scalable Finternet infrastructure.

Ewetse has a strong heritage of community building inherited from a family of nation builders. He focuses on creating mutually beneficial opportunities with inclusive outcomes for communities.

His experience is rooted in media and communications with a twenty year track record in multiple African countries working with global brands.

Cecily is Vice President and General Manager of ASEAN and Greater China at Databricks, where she leads and scales business growth across the region. She brings more than 20 years of experience in the technology industry, with senior leadership positions at Salesforce, Microsoft, IBM, and Sun Microsystems.

With her strong track record in leadership, customer engagement, and talent development, Cecily is known for championing both business excellence and inclusive growth across Asia's technology landscape.

Theng Kiat is a senior business leader with more than 30 years of experience in marketing, communications, and business management.

He most recently served as Chief Customer Officer at Prudential Singapore, where he led brand, marketing, customer segmentation, and customer experience, advancing digital strategies and strengthening Prudential's position as a trusted life insurer.

Munya Chiura is a Strategic Advisor specializing in Emerging Markets, Fintech, and Expansion mainly across Africa. With over 25 years of experience in financial services, he has held senior management roles at global cross-border institutions such as dLocal, Flutterwave, Flywire and MPOWER Financing.

Passionate about technology and financial inclusion, Munya has advised the World Bank as an Innovation Consultant and continues to serve as a Strategic Advisor to fintech and tech firms, including US fintech Mozrt and UK-based Tech Equity.
