Dennis Ng has more than three decades of leadership experience across banking, insurance and consulting in Asia and Africa.

He has held senior positions at Prudential, Allianz and Citi, where he led market expansion, digital transformation and growth strategies across multiple markets.

As Founder, Executive Chairman and Group Chief Executive Officer, Dennis leads EFGH's strategy, corporate development, partnerships and long-term growth initiatives across Asia and Africa.

Eugene Leow is Deputy Group CEO of EFGH, where he oversees operational effectiveness, organisational discipline and the integration of AI-enabled workflows across the Group. He also leads corporate communications and works closely with the Founder and Executive Chairman on strategic and operational priorities.

Prior to EFGH, Eugene spent more than two decades in senior leadership positions across Singapore's media industry, including Mediacorp and SPH Media. He led digital transformation initiatives and built award-winning teams across editorial, strategy and audience businesses.

Chia Hock Lai has more than 20 years of experience across financial services, technology, digital assets and digital transformation.

He is a co-founder of the Singapore FinTech Association and Blockchain Association Singapore, and currently holds leadership positions across several industry organisations focused on responsible innovation and digital asset development.

At EFGH, Hock Lai leads strategic initiatives, digital asset and emerging technology programmes, and partnerships across Asia.

Tinashe Muyambo is a financial services executive with more than 20 years of experience across actuarial consulting, insurance and executive leadership.

His career spans Australia, Nigeria, Kenya and Zimbabwe. He previously held leadership positions at Prudential Africa and Leadway Assurance, overseeing growth, profitability and actuarial functions across multiple markets. Before that, he spent 15 years with Towers Watson, including leading its Africa Consulting Desk.

At EFGH, Tinashe co-leads the Group's Africa business and supports strategic partnerships and growth initiatives across the region.

Dallas Ng combines software development expertise with experience across product development, technology execution, commercial growth and operational scaling.

Over his career, he has built and scaled multiple technology ventures, leading product development and growth across diverse business environments.

At EFGH, Dallas oversees technology, product development, execution and growth initiatives across the Group.

Eric Mboma has more than two decades of experience across financial services, investment management and regional business development.

He has held senior positions at Prudential plc, AGF Funds, Standard Bank DRC and Credit Suisse, building experience in institutional partnerships, capital deployment and growth strategies across Africa.

At EFGH, Eric co-leads the Group's Africa operations and oversees regional strategy, partnerships and business execution.

David Yeoh has more than two decades of experience across finance, investment banking and regional business development.

His career includes senior positions at Deutsche Securities, Legg Mason Equities, Maybank Kim Eng and Guidepoint Global.

At EFGH, David leads financial strategy, capital management, governance and reporting.

Dixon Ong has more than 20 years of experience across banking and insurance.

His career includes senior positions at Citibank and Great Eastern Life, where he led business growth, distribution partnerships and operational transformation programmes.

At EFGH, Dixon oversees operational execution, governance processes and organisational effectiveness across the Group.

Diana Mulili is a senior commercial leader with experience across insurance, asset management and embedded financial services in Africa.

Before joining EFGH, she served as Chief Digital Officer at Leadway Holdings, where she led digital strategy and growth across multiple businesses.

At EFGH, Diana leads strategic partnerships and supports regional expansion across key markets.

Renyi Yan is an organisational development and HR leader with 20 years of experience across Asia Pacific and the Middle East. He has held senior roles at PwC, Ericsson, Prudential and Saudi Aramco. At EFGH, Renyi leads the Group's people and organisation agenda.

Manoj brings deep experience building and sustaining strategic partnerships across Asia and Africa, with a strong ability to navigate complex environments, align stakeholders and strengthen the relationships that matter.

At EFGH, Manoj focuses on deepening partner engagement externally while working across the organisation to keep teams aligned, responsive and effective as the Group expands into new markets and a broader operating footprint.

Tracey Guo is Group Head of Corporate Development at EFGH, with responsibility for investor relations, strategic partnerships and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining EFGH, she held investment banking and corporate advisory roles with Goldman Sachs, Deloitte Australia and PwC Australia. She has advised on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions and strategic investments, with a particular focus on the financial services sector.

Lynn Goon is Group Head of the CEO Office at EFGH, where she drives cross-functional execution and organisational alignment across the Group.

She brings more than a decade of experience in financial services and digital partnerships. Before joining EFGH, Lynn held leadership positions at Prudential and Income Insurance, where she spearheaded ecosystem partnerships, commercial growth initiatives and regional market expansion strategies.

Sonny Tran is a technology and business leader with more than 18 years of experience in digital transformation across the financial services sector.

He previously served as Chief Information and Technology Officer at Prudential Vietnam, where he led a US$35 million programme to modernise the company's core digital platform.

At EFGH, Sonny leads the Group's Vietnam operations and strategic partnerships.

Magdalena Smolak is a cross-border business and partnerships leader with close to a decade of experience connecting Central and Eastern Europe with Southeast Asia, working across trade promotion, innovation programmes and commercial expansion. At EFGH, Magdalena leads the Group's Central and Eastern Europe development.

Ewetse Khama has twenty years of experience across media and communications in multiple African countries, working with global brands. He brings deep community networks and local operational knowledge to EFGH's Botswana operations.

Andrew Nkolola is an insurance operator with more than 16 years of experience across mobile payments and life insurance in Zambia. As former Chief Executive Officer of aYo Zambia, the MTN-Sanlam joint venture, he helped take digital microinsurance from concept to nationwide scale. He has also held senior roles at Innovate Life Assurance, ZSIC Life and African Life Assurance. At EFGH, Andrew leads Zambia operations and partner execution.

Founder and Group Chief Executive Officer of EFGH. Dennis brings extensive leadership experience across banking, insurance, consulting and digital transformation throughout Asia and Africa.

Cecily serves as Vice President and General Manager, ASEAN and Greater China at Databricks. She brings more than 20 years of technology leadership experience gained through senior roles at Databricks, Salesforce, Microsoft, IBM and Sun Microsystems. Her expertise covers enterprise technology adoption, regional business growth, customer engagement and organisational leadership.

Munya Chiura is a strategic adviser specialising in emerging markets, financial technology and cross-border expansion. Over a career spanning more than 25 years, he has held senior leadership roles at dLocal, Flutterwave, Flywire and MPOWER Financing. He has also served as an innovation consultant to the World Bank and continues to advise financial technology companies operating across multiple regions.

Theng Kiat is a senior business leader with more than 30 years of experience across marketing, communications, customer engagement and business management. He most recently served as Chief Customer Officer at Prudential Singapore, where he led brand, customer experience and digital engagement initiatives.

Tai Ho is one of Asia's most recognised media leaders. He led the team that launched Channel NewsAsia and has since built and advised media and digital businesses across the region. In 2024, he was inducted into the Singapore Media Industry Hall of Fame in recognition of his contributions to the industry.

Wilf Blackburn has nearly 40 years of leadership in insurance, including as Regional CEO of Prudential Corporation Asia.

Monika leads Private Capital at Rand Merchant Bank, with more than 15 years of experience across debt and equity capital raising in the US, UK, Europe and Africa.

Odd Haavik has more than 35 years of financial services experience across Asia, with senior roles in investment banking and insurance in Hong Kong and Singapore.

Professor Loh is the inaugural Singapore Distinguished Professor conferred by Murdoch University and a Senior Fellow at the Centre for Governance and Sustainability at NUS Business School. He is Co-Founder and Chairman of Singapore Sciences and Sinoagro Group.

Reona Shimada is a senior strategist and fintech venture builder with more than 20 years of experience across Southeast Asia and Japan, from McKinsey and Company to founding Crowdo Holdings.

Tommy Leong is a seasoned business leader with over 30 years of experience across digital infrastructure, technology, and multinational operations.
