The Role
We are looking for a Programme Manager to work closely with leadership in driving company-wide initiatives, improving efficiency, and bridging execution gaps across departments. This role blends operations, program management, and light product work, from coordinating strategic initiatives to tracking analytics and ensuring our technology solutions deliver measurable impact.
You will partner with creative, product, tech, marketing, and business development teams to align priorities, keep projects moving, and ensure no critical task falls through the cracks. As a tech company, we value people who understand how technology is built and the capabilities it unlocks. Hands-on experience in marketing, technology, product development, or creative production will help you plan and execute more effectively.
While the responsibilities are broad, the Programme Manager plays a critical role in connecting the dots across the company. You will work closely with each department's specialists, focusing on removing bottlenecks and maintaining momentum on the most important initiatives. Your success will be measured by how well you move key strategic projects forward, not by handling every operational detail yourself.

Responsibilities
- Drive 0-to-1 initiatives, take an idea from concept through planning, execution, and initial rollout.
- Oversee and coordinate cross-department programs from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Manage multiple related projects within each program, tracking timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Act as a bridge between teams, ensuring communication is clear and priorities are well understood across functions.
- Conduct research into potential partners, technologies, markets, and best practices to support new initiatives.
- Track and analyse product performance metrics to ensure initiatives deliver measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to gather requirements and ensure they align with business goals.
- Provide data-driven insights from analytics to guide decisions and optimise ongoing projects.
- Step in to remove bottlenecks and keep projects moving when a team needs extra support.
- Improve operational efficiency by identifying process gaps and recommending improvements.
- Support leadership in monitoring progress on strategic initiatives and providing regular updates.
- Create documentation such as timelines, briefs, requirement specs, and post-project reviews.
Nice to have
- 2 to 6 years of experience in program management, operations, or cross-functional project delivery.
- Familiarity with technology-driven environments is a strong plus, as we are a tech driven company and understanding technical capabilities and constraints will help you plan more effectively.
- Previous experience as a Technical Project Manager, product manager, or developer is highly valued, as it provides both a strategic and hands-on understanding of building and delivering technology solutions.
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Mixpanel, Looker Studio) and translating data into actionable insights.
- Background in startups or multi-disciplinary teams.

- Prior experience working within marketing, technology, product, or creative teams, you know how the work actually gets done, so your plans are grounded and actionable.
- Proven ability to work across multiple teams with differing priorities and work styles.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, able to juggle multiple moving pieces at once.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
- Hands-on and adaptable, willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
