Singapore and Indonesia, 8 Jan 2025 — Embed Financial Group Holdings (EFGH) today announced a strategic collaboration with PT Sahabat Kirim Digital (Easylink), an Indonesia-licensed cross-border remittance platform, to pilot the integration of embedded protection features into Easylink’s outbound remittance experience.
What the Collaboration Explores
The collaboration will explore how optional, protection-focused insurance features can be seamlessly embedded into international money transfers, enhancing customer confidence while keeping the remittance journey simple, digital and transparent.
EFGH will provide its technology platform and orchestration capabilities, working with licensed insurance partners. Easylink will remain responsible for customer onboarding, remittance operations and regulatory compliance in its markets of operation. Commercial terms, scope and timelines will be defined in subsequent project-specific agreements.

The initiative reflects a broader shift in financial services towards embedded models, where protection and financial services are delivered contextually at the point of need, rather than as standalone products.
