Singapore, 12 December 2025: Embed Financial Group Holdings Pte Ltd (EFGH) and Evergreen Africa Holdings have signed a Partnership Agreement to collaborate on social impact and community development programmes across African regions. The Agreement establishes a structured framework for work related to donor transparency, beneficiary disbursements and the responsible administration of development initiatives.
The partnership brings together Evergreen’s field experience and regional networks with EFGH’s financial infrastructure, operational discipline and compliance capabilities. The shared aim is to support programmes that require secure fund flows, transparent reporting and alignment with applicable regulatory standards.
Supporting transparent fund processes
Under the Agreement, EFGH will provide financial infrastructure, payment capabilities, technical support and compliance insights, including guidance on anti-money laundering, countering the financing of terrorism and operational requirements. Evergreen will define project needs, beneficiary goals and expected outcomes, and will help align field partners, local networks and relevant authorities.
Specific programmes may be structured through separate Statements of Work. Each Statement of Work will set out scope, responsibilities and any country-specific considerations to guide implementation.
A practical and disciplined approach
Dennis Ng, Executive Chairman of EFGH, said:“Good intentions alone do not ensure impact. Communities depend on clear systems and trusted processes. Evergreen understands the realities of on-the-ground delivery. EFGH contributes financial and compliance capabilities that support reliable fund flows. This partnership allows both organisations to work with purpose and accountability.”
Beyan Flomo Pewee, Chairman of Evergreen Africa Holdings, said:“We are excited about this partnership and share a vision to support financial inclusion and broader economic participation across the continent. Liberia and Sierra Leone present distinct market contexts, and we look forward to working together on solutions designed to meet local needs.”
Governance, safeguards and oversight
The Agreement establishes a governance structure for coordination and oversight. Both organisations will appoint representatives to manage information sharing, reviews and ongoing activities. Regular discussions may be held to assess progress and explore further areas of collaboration.
If a programme encounters material issues, regulatory concern or operational disruption, activities under that programme will be suspended while a joint review is conducted. Other programmes under the Agreement will continue uninterrupted. Confidentiality obligations, intellectual property protections and a non-circumvention commitment apply throughout the partnership and for two years after termination.
Dispute resolution and governing law
Disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith consultation will be referred to arbitration under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre. The seat of arbitration is Singapore and the language is English. The Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore, and both organisations will comply with applicable laws in the jurisdictions where programmes are carried out.
