Singapore, 10 March 2026 - Embed Financial Group Holdings Pte Ltd (EFGH), a Singapore-based financial internet infrastructure company, has signed a Master Services Agreement with Nova X Technologies Ltd, a technology firm incorporated in the United Kingdom, to integrate micro-insurance products into Nova X’s e-commerce platform.
The agreement reflects the growing trend of embedding financial services directly into digital platforms, allowing customers to access products such as insurance within the same environment where they shop or subscribe to services.
Under the agreement, EFGH will design, distribute and administer micro-insurance products that can be offered through Nova X’s digital marketplace.
EFGH will work with insurers to structure suitable protection products and coordinate the technical integration required for the insurance offerings to be embedded into Nova X’s platform and subscription journey.
EFGH will also oversee the operational management of the insurance products once integrated into the platform.
The collaboration is intended to allow customers using Nova X’s marketplace to access insurance protection as part of their online purchasing or subscription experience.
The agreement also provides a framework for the companies to explore additional areas of collaboration. This includes the potential expansion of Nova X’s e-commerce platform into African markets, subject to further agreement between the parties and applicable regulatory approvals.
