Singapore, xx June 2026 – Embed Financial Group Holdings Pte. Ltd. ("EFGH"), a Singapore-headquartered digital infrastructure group, today announced that it has signed a Strategic Partnership Framework Agreement with China Communications Technology Co., Ltd. ("CCT") to explore opportunities to collaborate in the support of governments, enterprises and communities in Asia and Africa pursuing green data centers, sovereign cloud infrastructure and other digital infrastructure initiatives.
The three-year agreement brings together EFGH's capabilities in digital financial infrastructure, embedded finance, programmable protection, cross-border digital systems and related technology solutions with CCT's engineering, telecommunications and technology delivery expertise.
The agreement establishes the legal and commercial framework for both parties to collaborate through individually negotiated Statements of Work for various projects.
As governments and enterprises accelerate digital transformation, demand continues to grow for trusted digital infrastructure that supports financial services, digitalization, telecommunications, healthcare, education and enterprise applications. Secure, resilient and energy-efficient digital infrastructure is becoming an increasingly important foundation for economic development and digital resilience.
EFGH and CCT will explore opportunities to partner in the development of green digital infrastructure platforms in markets where EFGH operates, particularly across Asia and Africa. Areas of interest include secure, green data centers, sovereign cloud infrastructure, resilient digital platforms and supporting infrastructure.
Dennis Ng, Executive Chairman of Embed Financial Group Holdings, said:
"Digital infrastructure is becoming one of the defining foundations of modern economies. As countries continue to digitalize public services, financial systems and critical industries, demand is growing for secure, resilient and sustainable digital infrastructure that supports long-term economic development. This strategic alliance combines EFGH's experience in digital financial infrastructure with CCT's engineering and technology capabilities. Through the framework we can jointly explore opportunities that support governments, enterprises and communities across the markets where we operate."
He added:
"Our ambition is to help build digital infrastructure that is trusted and sustainable. Green data centers, sovereign cloud infrastructure and secure digital platforms are becoming increasingly important as countries strengthen such capabilities to retain control over critical digital assets."
