SINGAPORE, June 9, 2026 - Embed Financial Group Holdings Pte Ltd (EFGH) and Kingston International College Pte. Ltd. said today they have signed a Strategic Partnership Agreement to collaborate on financial services and industry-aligned education for international students, with a focus on learners from emerging markets in Asia and Africa.

The two Singapore-headquartered organisations share a stated focus on communities where access to trusted financial services and pathways into the digital economy remains uneven. Kingston has an established track record of supporting foreign students in Singapore. EFGH deploys embedded payments, remittance, digital insurance, and related infrastructure through governments, regulated financial institutions, and enterprises across Asia and Africa.

The agreement establishes a legal and commercial framework for collaboration. Specific projects - their scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees - will be defined through individual Statements of Work (SOWs) executed by both parties. Kingston and EFGH have identified payments, insurance, and digital identity for international students, and curriculum development in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, embedded finance, and blockchain, as areas of intended collaboration.

The agreement carries an initial term of three years and renews automatically on an annual basis, with either party able to exit on 60 days' written notice. It does not create an exclusive arrangement; both parties retain the right to enter into similar frameworks with third parties.

Dennis Ng, Executive Chairman of EFGH, said: "EFGH builds the infrastructure. Kingston builds the people. This agreement is about making sure both serve the same communities - the students from Africa, Indonesia, Vietnam, and India who have the ability but not always the access."

Ivan Khua, Chairman of Kingston International College, said: "At Kingston, we believe education should create real opportunities and meaningful outcomes. Through our partnership with EFGH, we are bringing together quality education, digital capabilities and industry networks to provide students and professionals particularly from emerging markets, with greater access to internationally recognised programmes and future-ready skills. More importantly, this partnership reflects a shared commitment to developing talent, creating pathways to employment and supporting economic growth across the regions we serve."
