SINGAPORE, March 23, 2026 - Embed Financial Group Holdings Pte. Ltd. (“EFGH” or the “Company”), a Singapore-headquartered financial digital infrastructure company building the Finternet across Africa and Asia, today announced a Strategic Partnership Agreement with QuikBot Technologies Pte Ltd (“QuikBot”), pioneers of the Ambient Permission Plane and creators of agentic AI-powered interoperable robotics and automation platforms for urban logistics in smart cities.
What’s New
Under the agreement signed March 2, 2026, EFGH will serve as the exclusive insurance partner for QuikBot’s Ambient Permission Plane. In simple terms, every autonomous action - from a delivery robot entering a building to completing a transaction - is automatically insured in real time.
How It Works
EFGH will identify, arrange, and place comprehensive insurance coverage, including public liability, cyber liability, product liability, professional indemnity, property damage, business interruption, and cargo-in-transit. These protections are embedded directly within QuikBot’s platform and applied at the point of action across each deployment.
This shifts insurance from a static, policy-based model to one that is dynamic, contextual, and integrated into how autonomous systems operate.
Live Deployments
EFGH is embedding insurance into a platform that is already live in real-world environments. QuikBot has active deployments across commercial sites including Singapore’s South Beach, Mapletree Business City, Geneo and Ascent at Singapore Science Park. The next deployment is scheduled for Punggol Digital District in May 2026.
Commercial Model
The partnership is structured around agency commissions, fee-sharing arrangements, and defined payment flows at the project level. Financial terms are not disclosed.
Strategic Context
Autonomous systems are introducing a new class of operational risk across buildings, logistics networks, and urban infrastructure. Existing insurance frameworks were not designed for machines that act independently in dynamic environments.
By embedding insurance directly into the infrastructure layer that governs these systems, EFGH and QuikBot are enabling protection to be applied in real time, at the point of action, and at scale.
The partnership expands EFGH’s capabilities beyond payments and banking into embedded insurance, as part of its broader Finternet strategy.
Market Position
The announcement comes as EFGH advances toward its proposed business combination with WinVest Acquisition Corp., which, if completed, would result in a listing on a major U.S. stock exchange. The transaction implies a pro forma enterprise value of approximately US$425 million.
Leadership View
“At EFGH, we believe financial services should operate as part of the system, not outside of it,” said Dennis Ng, Founder, Executive Chairman and Global Chief Executive Officer of EFGH. “Autonomous machines are becoming embedded in how cities function. They introduce risks that require a different approach. By integrating insurance directly into the infrastructure layer, protection becomes automatic, contextual, and scalable.”
“Physical AI is crossing a fundamental threshold. Autonomous systems are no longer isolated machines, but part of the operating fabric of cities,” said Alan Ng, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of QuikBot Technologies. “The Ambient Permission Plane governs how machines operate in the real world. By embedding insurance directly into this layer, risk becomes a native property of the system. Every action is authorised, accountable, and insured by design. This is how Physical AI scales, through trust engineered into the infrastructure.”
