Singapore and Abidjan, 13 November 2025 - Embed Financial Group Holdings Pte. Ltd. (“EFGH”), a Singapore-incorporated financial technology and digital infrastructure group, has entered into a Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) with BeLife Insurance SA (“BeLife”), a licensed insurer incorporated in Côte d’Ivoire.

The agreement establishes a framework for collaboration to modernise BeLife’s insurance operations and support the digital integration of its products across partner platforms.

Under the MSA, EFGH will provide technology enablement, integration expertise and platform connectivity services to assist BeLife in transitioning from legacy systems toward a more digitised and automated operating model.

As an initial focus, the parties intend to prioritise the integration of BeLife’s insurance products into the Gozem platform, pursuant to BeLife’s existing partnership arrangements with Gozem. Project scope, deliverables, timelines and commercial terms will be defined under separate Statements of Work to be executed between the parties.

The collaboration framework provides for potential initiatives including digital onboarding workflows, servicing process digitisation, claims automation and documentation of operating procedures. BeLife will continue to act as the licensed insurer and primary underwriter for products distributed within its authorised jurisdictions.

The MSA sets out provisions governing confidentiality, intellectual property ownership, regulatory compliance and dispute resolution. Pre-existing intellectual property remains with the originating party. Jointly developed intellectual property will be governed under the applicable Statement of Work.

Both parties have committed to compliance with applicable insurance, financial services and data protection regulations in the jurisdictions in which services are performed.

The agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire, with arbitration provisions as specified in the MSA.
