Singapore, 24 December 2025 - Embed Financial Group Holdings (“EFGH”) and Energy Capital Global (“ECG”) have entered into a strategic collaboration framework to jointly explore and develop energy-efficient infrastructure initiatives, with a focus on data centre-related energy and cooling solutions.

The collaboration brings together ECG’s technical expertise in energy systems, sustainable power generation, advanced cooling technologies and digital engineering, alongside EFGH’s experience in project structuring, coordination and commercial execution. The parties intend to work together to assess infrastructure solutions that respond to increasing power, cooling and resilience requirements associated with data-intensive assets.

Areas of collaboration may include the assessment of renewable and co-generation energy solutions, the design of energy-efficient cooling systems, and the application of digital engineering and simulation tools. These may include digital modelling, computational analysis and data-driven design approaches, where appropriate.
