Andrew is a hands-on insurance operator with over 16 years of experience across mobile payments and life insurance in Zambia. As former Chief Executive Officer of aYo Zambia, the MTN–Sanlam joint venture, he helped take digital microinsurance from concept to nationwide scale. He has also held senior roles at Innovate Life Assurance, ZSIC Life and African Life Assurance.
