We’re thrilled to welcome Cecily Ng to the EFGH Board of Directors as an Independent Director.

Cecily brings over 20 years of leadership experience across some of the world’s most respected technology companies - Salesforce, Microsoft, IBM, and Sun Microsystems. Most recently, she served as Vice President and General Manager for ASEAN and Greater China at Databricks, where she helped organisations unlock the power of data and AI to drive growth.

Beyond the boardroom, Cecily is a champion for women in technology. Through programmes like MentorConnect and BizAcademy, she has mentored and empowered the next generation of leaders, helping more women step confidently into tech and leadership roles.

Her appointment reinforces EFGH’s commitment to inclusive leadership, innovation, and sustainable growth as we continue building a more connected and equitable future for global finance.
