Renyi Yan is an organisational development and HR leader with 20 years of experience across Asia Pacific and the Middle East. He has held senior roles with global organisations including PwC, Ericsson, Prudential and Saudi Aramco, supporting leadership teams through transformation and growth.

At EFGH, Renyi leads the Group’s people and organisation agenda, strengthening leadership capability and organisational structure as the company expands across markets.
