Dennis has over two decades of leadership experience across banking, insurance, and consulting in Asia and Africa. He has held senior roles at Prudential, Allianz, and Citi, where he led digital transformation, market expansion, and large-scale revenue growth. At EFGH, Dennis drives the company's long-term vision, strategy, and partnerships — guiding its mission to build the Finternet and enable inclusive finance worldwide.

Eric Mboma

Co-Founder & Co-Chief Executive Officer - Africa

Eric brings over two decades of experience in financial services, infrastructure, and impact investing. He has held senior leadership roles at Prudential Plc, AGF Funds, Standard Bank DRC, and Credit Suisse, where he built a strong track record in regional growth and institutional partnerships. Across Africa, Eric leads EFGH's operations and expansion efforts, driving regional strategy, partnerships, and execution to advance financial inclusion and connectivity.

Chia Hock Lai

Chief Digital Asset / Strategy Officer & Chief Executive Officer - Asia

Chia Hock Lai has more than two decades experience in finance and tech. An award-winning digital transformation and skills development leader, he chairs the Responsible Fintech Institute and Digital Assets Association and co-founded the Singapore FinTech Association and Blockchain Association of Singapore.

Sonny Tran

Chief Executive Officer - Vietnam

Sonny is a technology and business leader with 18+ years of experience driving digital and AI-enabled transformation in financial services across Asia. Formerly CITO at Prudential Vietnam, he led a US$35 million programme to modernise the company's digital core, and held leadership roles at Aviva Singlife and Aviva Asia. At EFGH, Sonny leads Vietnam operations, focused on product-market fit and strategic partnerships with local institutions and regulators to build compliant, scalable Finternet infrastructure.
